***New for 2007***
Chris is operating as a Pay-Per-Use Farm this year.
"Schiller Farms has just purchased 640 additional acres, soon to be some of the best duck and goose hunting land in Colorado. Instead of a lease this year I have gone to pay by the day hunts, so if anyone is interested in day hunts give me a call and book your days."
Prices - Per gun:
Opening weekend on Pheasants $200. Remaining weekends $150.
Ducks $150.
Dark and light Goose (with the exception of light goose season for existing farm) $100
Blind Rental $50 - (Optional)
This Year was one of the best Pheasant hatches ever, several food plots of corn, Millet and sorghum. Three of the six ponds are planted with Japanese Millet and are full of Mallards by the hundreds. Goose hunting will be good over the ice and wheat/corn stubble fields.

Located one mile west of Jumbo Reservoir, two miles off of the Platte River, the property is privately owned by Chris Schiller and has two lakes as well as several field locations to hunt. All blinds are pit blinds designed for dog accessibility.
Waterfowl species will vary accordingly with migratory patterns, weather
conditions and seasons. Opportunities arise to hunt most all species of ducks
and geese depending on time of year. Mallards, pintails, canvasbacks, widgeon,
green wing teal, cinnamon teal, and blue wing teal are some examples of ducks
hunted in the area. Canadian geese, Snow geese and pheasant are also fair game
during appropriate times of the year.
From Denver, take I-76 northeast past Sterling to Red Lion Road (8 Miles past
Crook). Turn left and proceed straight for two miles (over the river, cross the
rail road tracks and cross the highway) to County Road 66. Turn Left on 66 and
the hunting lodge in the first and only house on the right.
